Learn the essentials of lavender! Lavender is one of the most popular and versatile essential oils there is – and for good reason! It’s naturally anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory.

Lavender is a therapeutic superstar and is used for stress and tension, anxiety, headaches, restful sleep, skin inflammation, sunburns, insect bites and stings, aching muscles, immune support, and so much more!

Caryn will share how to customize your own unique lavender essential oil blend that will leave you feeling relaxed, calm and uplifted!

This class focuses on:

• how to use lavender and lavender essential oil
• how to blend lavender with other complimentary essential oils
• the many uses of lavender in aromatherapy and therapeutic applications

This class also includes a farm introduction, an overview of how essential oils are made, what to look for when buying essential oils, how to store essential oils, essential oil safety, and application methods. You will be able to go home with your own roll-on applicator with your own unique essential oil blend!
