Our Story
After retiring from a career in healthcare, Julie Park planted her first lavender field with a vision of growing beautiful heirloom-inspired flowers reminiscent of her family's pioneer heritage in Oregon. Her two favorites—lavender and peonies—were chosen for their beauty, fragrance, and ability to be grown sustainably. Today, Park Place Perennials is a boutique farm, specializing in a curated collection of peonies and lavender, as well as small-batch essential oils distilled here on our farm, from flowers we grow ourselves. Since 2018, we've been growing a special collection of peonies alongside our lavender fields in West Linn - producing flowers we're genuinely proud of, for people who appreciate quality and who care what's in their vase.
What We Grow
Peonies
A curated collection of heirloom and collectors' specialty blooms - grown for bouquets, designers, and for people who love extraordinary flowers.
Lavender
Over 18 cultivars of English and French Lavender grown for fresh and dried bouquets, and distilled on the farm into essential oils and hydrosols using traditional copper stills.
Farm Pickup
While we don't offer agritourism, we love welcoming customers to the farm for pickups. During peony and lavender season, fresh flower pickup is available at our farm in West Linn, Oregon. Peony subscriptions are available each spring with a limited number of spots.
From Field to Bottle
Essential Oils & Hydrosols
Our essential oils and hydrosols are crafted in small batches using traditional copper stills from Portugal, where the artisanal practice has been refined over centuries. Both essential oils and hydrosols are made from the distillation process from flowers and botanicals grown on our farm.
Awards & Recognition
Our farm-distilled essential oils have received recognition in regional and international competitions for quality and craftmanship. We have also been featured in several independent reviews receiving top ratings for quality and fragrance.
